Career Launchers organizes Short Term Trainings and Certification Programmes to upskill the candidates in order
to embark on their international career journey.

These trainings are conducted for various industries such as Construction, Facility Management, MEP, Hospitality & Restaurants, Oil and Gas, Retail, Banking, Solar Energy, Automobiles, Aviation, Shipping, Logistic & Supply Chain, Education and Healthcare to name a few. Wherein categories such as Helpers, Cleaners, MEP assistants, Kitchen Stewards, Dishwashers and many more are covered under these Trainings and Certification Programmes.
The candidates are trained as per the trade selected for and the industry. The curriculum starts with basic knowledge of the trade and the work they would be undertaking. It further moves to introduction of the tools, safety measures and the importance of the trade. The candidates are very well informed that they would be assisting their senior/ skilled professional in completing the assignment.
For example in a Hospitality Industry a Kitchen Steward will be trained on Hygiene, Importance of keeping the kitchen area clean, usage of proper “Wet Floor” signages while mopping the floor and different duties carried out by a Kitchen Steward. Similarly the candidates are groomed to perform to their utmost potential for the category they have been selected for.

Simlarly for an Industry like Facility Management a Security Guard will be groomed on proper etiquettes, professional behaviour, Observation Skills, Honesty and Integrity, Communication skills and Empathy and the importance of maintaining Physical Fitness.

This benefits the candidate as well as the organization, since the organization would not need to train the candidate from scratch. The training also covers the Country of Deployment Culture, Work Ethics, Work Culture, along with explaination of the Offer Letter in detail in the regional language (where required) of the candidate in order to ensure that s/he completely understand her/his roles and responsibilities and the compensations offered.
The training is for a duration of 7 to 15 days depending on the trade. On completion of the training the candidate is well equipped on the roles and responsibilities of the trade as well as the working culture of the country of deployment.
