  • Screening of applications received in response to advertisement.
  • Short-listing, scrutinizing data according to the skills, knowledge and aptitude desired for the job.
  • Test & Interviews.
  • Selection and Reference Check.
  • Completing the Visa/ Administrative Process following the acceptance of Job offer by the candidate.
  • Travel arrangement and deployment of the candidate to job location.

Procedural Formalities (For International Placements)

Once our clients have decided to get the requisite staff through us, the following documentation formalities are to be completed/followed at their end. Demand Letter this is to be typed on the company’s letter head listing categories and the number of staff required, salary and the other employment terms and conditions being offered. The demand letter is to be duly authenticated by the respective Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country of employment & talent supply.

Power of Attorney

A POA is to be issued in the name of Career Launchers International Human Resource to enable us to advertise, interview and Pre-select prospective candidates.
